I don't have my SM in front of me, is checking the spokes listed for the 5k service?&nbsp\\; If so, and you know for a fact they didn't check them, then take it back.&nbsp\\; You paid for it, you should get it.&nbsp\\; If you don't have a SM, I think it is all listed out in the owners manual too.
&nbsp\\;
As far as checking them yourself, making sure there are no loose spokes is a good start.&nbsp\\; You can also use a small wrench and tap each spoke, listening to the sound they make.... should be "ting" "ting" "ting".&nbsp\\; If, as you are going around, you hear a "tunk", you have one that likely needs to be tightened up a bit.
