ok i just ordered blackout idle/throttle cables from motionpro.com but they had to custom make a +6 clutch cable which would have costed 60 bucks to make which is alil to much for me. can anyone suggest a place that carrys the clutch cable i need in stock with good pricing or at least better then that? thank you
ya i called them and thats too much considering the stock replacement is 18.99, 40 bucks for 6 inches is rediculous. someones got to carry these in stock. its not exactly hard to make a clutch cable and they want a bit to much to cut and crimp some attachements onto a cable.
I found a 72" from Jireh Cycles. \\; The part number is 48-664, made by Pro Motion, $19. \\; My stock cable is listed as 68.69", so it is a 3-4" over for me. \\; What is your stock cable length?
i dont know the stock length but my bike came with the 10.75 inch apes on it stock. it has 12s now. i dont know the stock length for a FXDB 06
 \\;
do you have an 06 or 07/08 bob? \\; 3-4 inches would be plenty i think considering im only doing 14inch gimps and im not doing to bad with the 12s so 4 inches wouild be perfect i think
i ordered from Jireh the same cable, it should be sufficient. motion pro wanted to charge twice as much for their own cable that jireh sells for less then half.

I am running 12.5" Wild Ones with all stock cables right now, but am waiting on +6 Throttle/Idle and +4 Clutch for a little breathing and adjustment room. \\; I am going to get the brake line done locally.
I installed that clutch cable yesterday and it has plenty of length. After adjusting the clutchpack it was about the same feel as the stock one. You should be good with that cable.
