Here are some new shots with the mini apes, chrome controls and braided cables. Spent most of the day on the bike....ahh it was good to be back on the road again.

Yes, the comfort level is much better, but I still need to tweak the angle back just a bit (short arms here).

Ditto to Veniculum; All Dynas look better with apes. Wanted apes all my life. Finally got them with the Wide Glide, and it feels much more natural, with the added bonus that I have a clear view in both rear view mirrors.

You are correct, the mirror issue alone makes the apes a worthwhile mod.
