 \\;I've purchased from them a few times with no major problems. They are however, damn near impossible to get on the phone but have answered emails promptly.
 \\;I just ordered a Paughco hardtail frame from them, if it takes a few weeks to get here...no big deal. The auction did NOT specify that it was actually in stock so it might be awhile. If I was in a big hurry, I would buy elsewhere and it would cost more.

Sounds excellent, a deep rumble.. Not as loud as I thought they were going to be, but another poster sadi give them a 1000+ miles and they will. Not sure why. For the price, I feel you can't go wrong.
