Dyna remapping - ??
I have read so many posts on this topic, my head is spinning. I have an 07' Dyna FXDC. I purchased the K&\\;N RK-3909 air cleaner and the Cycle Shack slip ons. I plan on changing everything in the next week. Do I need to have the remap done? Do I need to install a fuel pak or other fuel management sysem? I just wanted a better sound and better economy. Not really a speed freak, but a little is ok. Thanks.........

If the air filter is flowing more air, then yes you should remap because you'll really lean our your intake. If you're just doing the slip-ons, no remap.

+1. If you might want to do futher mods in the future then get a race tuner, if you stop at the air cleaner and exhaust you will still need something to richen up the fuel mixture.
Thanks to all who helped. Ended up with K&\\;N filter, Cycle Shack slip ons and Power Commander. Bike sounds and runs great. The Cycle Shack slip ons really make a difference in the sound.
