yo for the internal wire, run some high test fishing line, blow it though, then hook the wires to string. you can pull that though

I took fishing line, crimped a lead fishing weight to it and manipulated it through using gravity.

These z-bars with their 45 degree bends are no fun to wire internally. Don't do it drunk.
