for all of yall running roller rockers, how much noise is considered normal?

Yes I have them along with gear drive cams.

I use Lucas oil and their oil stablizer. I also have loud pipes.

Because of the loud pipes and the oil stablizer, all I ever hear is a little noise from the cams. Why do you ask ?

S&amp\\;S roller rockers, and gear driven cams -&nbsp\\;you can tell by the noise that's what I have, but nobody thinks my motors broke, if that's what your asking!

I have a collapsed-lifter type sound at any rpm above idle. any ideas?

Tim- My bob came with hydraulic roller lifters yours probably did too. Could be you have one going bad.&nbsp\\;

i am gonna try to adjust the pushrods. its only the front one now (the rear was hitting the pushrod tube).

I have roller rockers on my Evo, and they are pretty noisy once the motor is warmed up. I wouldn't describe it as a collapsed lifter sound, but there is quite a bit of valve train noise at all speeds.

no change after adjustment. definitely coming from up top. taking it back tomorrow. not happy!
