06 dyna Front end rattle under braking
I had the bike in to the shop for engine tuning, new motor mounts and to have the "clunk fix" washer installed to stop the "clunk"... \\;

well, the clunk is gone.. but the rattle remains.....
 \\;
When I hit the clutch and apply the font brakes, the front end will rattle once the forks compress as the engine winds down..
 \\;
Checked front rotor... it seems to be fine, no slop...
 \\;
checked tank bolts... \\; they are tight...
 \\;
what else to check????

Pretty common. My '97 and my '06 did the same thing. You need to tighten up the head bearing just a tad. You need to remove the top triple tree to get to it. Usually about 1/16-1/8 of a turn is enough.
