Which brackets did you go with? They look good to me. Did you go with the easy brackets? They don't look they stick out as far as some other posters pictured.

Default Try Bare backs

As many people as I tell about them, I ought to be getting a sales commission, but you should at least look at Barebacks by cyclevision. They don't lock, but they also never rattle and come on and off in seconds. I love mine

Default Easy Brackets

I have a set that I had on my FatBob for about a month. I ended up hard mounting the bags as I keep them on all of the time anyway. Mine are in new condition and you can have them for $100 shipped to you if you want them.

I have them and they are great. I have contacted them for support as well and they do a nice job.

Hey good idea on the plexiglass. I cut up some old traffic signs and painted them wrinkle black to reinforce my cheap willie and max bags on my easy brackets. They don't stick out either. They work for me.

I only use them on trips. Easy on and Easy off. 75% of the time they are off. When empty they do rattle. Never had a problem with rattle when they were loaded.
