my 2˘. it's not 'done', but she's getting close. gonna go with black wheels/spokes/hub, start over on the rear fender, internal throttle/wiring for the handlebars, so on and so forth. guess she's not that close....

I actually bought this bike the way it is right now, but I have some plans to make it mine this summer. Gave up motocross for a harley.
Anyways..
-its got progressives in the back
-I believe a heritage springer in the front (modifications to the neck were needed to fit it)
-the apes are very thick and have been milled down for the clamp area. (haven't measured them)
- Power commander under the seat
- The spokes are aftermarket. They have a twisted type design.
- The pipes are stock, wrapped, with removable baffle mufflers
- I also believe the rear fender was made
I'd like to change out the bars as they are too high for long rides. Give it more of a chopped look but still keep it nice. I'm getting alot of ideas off the forums

Try just rotating them back so they are in line with the forks. That will lower where the grips are and look better overall.
