I am new to this forum and I recently purchased a 1995 FXDL for a song with 52,000 original miles on it, everything seems to be in order, but since it is a few years old, I am curious if anybody has owned a 1995 or thereabouts FXDL and what kind of things on this particular model should I keep an eye out for coming loose, wearing out, failing etc... in general any need to know info about this particular model in this general year...

I just bought a '95 FXDS with 10,500 miles and was wondering the same thing; other than the motor mounts any other specific known issues? It's my first HD although I've been riding and wrenching since 1971 and I want to stay on top of it.
