Vibration around 2000rpm only on deceleration?

Default Vibration around 2000rpm only on deceleration?
Has anyone had this happening? I have a 95 Dyna Wide Glide. What could be the cause, someone suggested possibly loose primary chain but it wasn't off much, adjustd it, but it's still there. Any ideas?
