all black
chrome with wrap (my personal fav)
wrap with black
ok ok black wiht chrome
Thanks for all the work ...
I think the best one is your favourite ... Chrome with wrap
Went to talk to a local bike shop here (is the only one that touch Harley over here on my city) and I talk about wrapping the pipes and he told me thats a litle dificult to wrapp all to the muffler becouse of bolts, the F*** valve there is on European bikes ...
Same photos ...
The wrapp would be near the marked spot.
From another view (Valve, bolts ....)
Is it so dificult? any other option?
The guy told me that i could put same kind of "small heat shield" between the muffler and the wrap. But it would be ungly ...or not???!!!
but i been setting up my bike for this for months if your gonna do the wrap works for you i got a black engine and have been painting all my chrome to black, so this is gonna set off my bike your pewter one unless you intend to black out a lot of things starting with that air cleaner probably needs the wraps
freebyrd
mine had that too... it is still pretty easy man (i did not have the european thing) but i did have the cross over... it is wrap... go aroudn it... i had to go around my O2 bugs on mine... take off the pipe, wrap it up go around what you dont want covered and use some hose clamps to hold it... mud did a great write up a while back. if you can not find it let me know i am sure i have pics of when i did mine on my PC at home somewhere
