go get it gostd. hey you did'nt quit and got a good reality check! Also like the part where you stated how you were more conceren w/ the mirror insted of the road. seem's like you you found your mistake. now get back out there and go for a ride where you know you have enjoied yorself and take it easy. glad it was a low cost mistake.

glad your ok... As a younger rider 20 years ago I went down trying to over ride through a curve...learned more in that 5 sec. than anything else before or after... never over rode my comfort zone again...
