Default fat bob backrest
my wife hates it on the back of my fatbob, say she feels as though she is gonna fall off, but my problem is the only available backrest for the bike looks terrible(almost as bad as the windshield for the fatbob) and totally takes away from the bike, why dont they sell the mini backrest for this model

Get a detatchable BR? That way you only need it when she wants to ride.

I bought the detachable backrest and the matching backrest pad for the sundowner seat. I really hate the look but my wife likes it for riding.
I'm glad it's detachable. The backrest looks way too tall for the bike and the backrest is huge (very wide).

I am pretty sure Haulen *** (one of the site sponsors) make a backrest to fit the Fat Bob,they are really neat bit of kit ,I have one on my Street Bob and it gives the passenger a bit of security without the cumbersome looks of the HD one,still cant get the wife to go on the back tho!

I put a mini on my fat bob from Harley had to mod it, but it looks great

The removable silly bar has kind of grown on me. I am going to make it black, but it is not really that bad. I thought when I first bought it that it sucked and has taken away from my Fat Bob...But the old lady loves it...she was text messaging her girl friends on the back of it the other day. *shurgs* It is what it is....

poisond yours looks pretty sweet, but you definitly put a chunkier seat on it, takes away from the height,
