I guess the best way to say it is that it is a re-designed dyna. Some things interchangable, some not. A bob category might not be a bad idea. How bout we do a poll on it?

All Dyna's/FXD's are direct decends of the '58 Duo glide, which became the Electra Glide in '65 and eventually the FX-superglide in '71. The latest versions are like a late 60's through '84 FLH/FX chassis on steroids. The classic '4 speed frame'. There's alot of heritage and tradition wrapped up in the Dyna chassis.

No new forum. If you get too selective, you would have too few people visiting the BOB forum, and this would be bad because all these old knowledge droppers would not see and respond to the questions of all us young and ignorant new BOB owners. It's hard enough getting any concrete info on exhaust and other parts as it is. So much more with a forum full of owners whose aftermarket parts are just now hitting the market.
