Yes, I believe it is 4" straight risers with chrome filler cover and aft speedo mount from a XL Custom ... I was contemplating the same setup at one time. (I'm sure you'll correct me if I'm wrong.)
I tried 4" risers with the stock bars as an interim setup (before I switched to mini Apes) and my shoulders would kill me after riding for more than about 45 minutes. I find the Apes much more comfortable.
They do look good and it moves the speedo out of the cyclops position.
