Thanks guys, I am indeed very lucky. I love that picture and just a few minutes ago, before seeing this thread I told my wife that it would have been a better photo had it been taken from the front.
He just finished his rider's safety course and is riding the sh*t out of that Sporty! He said the course definitely has given him more confidence and he's loving it!

I've been training my now 8yr old how to ride for about three years now. Started small then on to a race gas pocketbike. The kid even puts a knee down on turns..lol. He's now wanting to get in to or try at least the dirt route. Fine with me, I've been wanting to get bakc in to it. Now the other day he comes up to me and asks if him & I can "build" a motorcycle for the street for him to ride when he's old enough. My heart about dropped. He loves Harleys and the sounds that come with them. I told him if he's going to build one, then he needs to know how they feel, so off we went on the bike. There isnt one day that goes by where he asks to go riding now. Love it.
