First off, beautiful photos. I really like the backdrop. Second, very nice bike. Only thing missing was a scantilly clad model.
As far as a 200mm fender, check jpcycles / ebay / google. I'm sure you're bound to find somethin. I doubt you'd find a "street bob 200mm conversion kit". I know the newer softails are coming with 200mm tires. Might want to check into that but not sure if your frame is able to accept a fender made for a 200mm tire.
fender conversion? your stock fender will fit a 200... you only need the rim, spacer, and tire to run it... may want to redo the wires under the fender (not sure how the 09's are ran)

I second the comment on the photo background. Well done. I also agree on the model comment lol
The dealer told me 180 was big as I could go without replacing the swing arm. Will there be alot of rubbing if I move to a 200? Will there be any issues if I lower it too? I want to lower it at least 1 1/2".
I'm a newbie here and don't know jack about Harleys except that I wanted one. Thanks for everyone's input so far in helping me build my bike. I'm a former sport bike rider and wasn't expecting such a warm welcome. The pics were taken at LP Field (Tennessee Titans Stadium). My wife is pretty hot and I'm going to have her and her sister do some posing on the bike next time weather and time permit.
