I am 5ft 5in. I cannot plant my feet firmly on the ground. I Have to lean my 2007 Dyna wide glide slightly when i come to a full stop. Any suggestions on a good lowering kit for the rear end of the bike. I don't really want to pay too much.

I'm 5'7" and wanted a little lower ride..went on ebay and found new factory shocks from a Dyna Street Bob(cheeep). They are .6 inch lower. I think there are Sportster shocks that are shorter and will work. A good parts man can help you. I will go with Progre$$ives when I can.

Just had the same problem, sent my stock seat to mean city cycles, they lowered it 2 inches and moved me foward 2 inches and used memory foam, and did a beautiful job all for around 100 bucks, great place, great people.

Buy a pair of Carolina linesman boots. It's cheaper!

To keep your ground clearance paulies solution looks the best. If clearance is not an issue you have the shorter shock route as an option.
