+1. It is not dramatic, but it is true. They sound better after 5K.

Default Slip on's

I've got Rush w/2.25 baffles. Nice deep sound and plenty loud when you get in the throttle. Seemed like a slight performance increase over stock, no remap done, some popping when decel from higher RPM's. About 300$ installed at the dealer. Very happy with the pipes.

I'm thinking about another pair of slip-ons as I really am partial to the look of the stock, dual, config. Currently deciding between the Rush and the V&H slipons which I have never heard in the flesh. Wondering which is deeper and better sounding.
If you want deep look into the khrome werks slip-ons. Put a set on my Fat Bob. No mapping, no stage 1, no popping on decel. So easy to put on it took only 20 min. Look exactly like stock which I liked. Runs great, sounds better. Check out the sound on YouTube.

+1 on the V&H Straightshots w/quiet baffle. Nice deep idle, doesn't attract the attention of wrong people, but will stand up and talk when you grab the throttle.

Got the pair on e-bay for 215, and the baffles for 54 for the pair. Like 'em alot.

+2 I've got the same setup and they're great. Add Nightrider's XiEDs or X14iEDs and they will sound (and your bike will perform) better.

Been running the Cycle Shack's on my 08 Street Bob for a few months now. Like the sound but just not what I'm looking for.

Anyone go from the Cycle Shack's to the Rush 2.0" slip on's? Looking to get a deeper less raspy sound.
