I installed an upgraded headlight bulb yesterday (PIAA extreme white) on my wideglide. I am noticing more shaking in the headlight beam than I had with the original install. It is very bad while idling. I am afraid of damaging the bulb.

Did you reinstall the clip that holds the bulb correctly? It is very tight and I can see how it may not be completely on.
