What do you guys get for fuel mileage???? I have an 08 superglide...I drive almost all hi-way driveing...And it seems like im at the pump all the time...It really drinks the fuel...

What fuel mileage do you guys get...

 

in stock form u should get 44 to 48 mpg thats what i was getting. did u do any mods. the low fuel light is supposed to come on when u r down to half a gallon. mine comes on when there is 2 gallons in the tank

 

only thing I did was add stage 1 & v&h slip-ons....i would hope that would not effect the fuel that much...

 

then it should more like 33 to 37 mpg

 

When I first got my bike I got around 43 mpg. At that time I was keeping my RPM's around 2500. Over the last riding season I bumped my RPM's up to around a 3000 average and my mileage improved to 48-52 mpg. I was suprised but it worked for me.

 

I used to get about 45 or so per gallon... I ride the bike harder now so that has moved to about 40.

 

I got 49 on the highway on my last 500 mile trip...it is a 2009 FXD.

 

about 40 on the 110" engine

 

I have stage 1 and vance and hines slip on mufflers.
last tank was all highway riding running 60-70 mph. mine was 52.22 mpg
friend has a 06 dyna 1450 no stage one and he got 52.44mpg.

 

I was getting around 50 or so highway with a stage 1. But now with 103" probably around 45.
