Im cutting the struts at the mounting hole just behind the shock mounts to attach my blinkers/attach the fender. Ive made some brackets that run from the mounting hole in the strut to two other locations per side to attach the fender......so 6 points all together. With exception to 2 up riding the rear fender does nothing more than keep the seat from sliding off the back of the bike. Your weight is on the frame below the seat pan. ED...i'll have a mockup with a Lepera pic real soon. I'll keep you posted. I dont want to let the whole idea out the bag yet but im pretty proud of it, think you guys will like.

My mounting will not work with passenger. Mayby if I make a sissybar or similar that goes from the swingarm and around the fender, but now, NO. Sorry.
I wasn't talking about a passenger, I just wanted to know if it would support a solo LePera with the rider.

Sorry ED, misunderstood! Yes it will, stock seat or any other seat. I used my stock seat to measure where to mount the fender.

It´s better to have a "real" seat than the one I have, it makes the fender more stable.

So Ed, what are you waiting for...cut those truts

Here's one that was done a while back!

Except for the "Sunshine" paint, it is my favorite OCC bike.
