Fender on. I'd hate to have a rock come up and hit the tank. Your legs will get wet with or with out, but I would think the fender might keep a little more debris off the tank.
dyna fenders suck anyway. they dont really follow the conture of the wheel. I say go without it. its a hot bike. Maybe a wider tire up front?

Rounder, for some reason your bike looks better to me with the fender on, and I don't rock my front fender so I'm not biased. I say put it on for a while and if it bothers you than take it back off. I mean, it's only four bolts!
