Phase #2 update

Phase #2 is pretty much done.

I didn't put all the parts back on, only enough to make the bike legal and roadworthy (some of them will have to come off again for phase #3) so that I can get it to the indy shop next week.

With the parts that did go on, I think there was enough for me to tell how this is gonna turn out when it's finished - I think I'm on the right track
