Do u know the HD part #? I dont think it will fit on my handlebar mounted stock speedo. I've seen then in the cataloge, but on tank mounted 4 in speedo's only, thanks.
Anyone install their own tach on a Street Bob? I have mine all installed and can't find the signal source to drive the tach. The HD instructions are not close to complete on where to pick up the signal for a Bob. They are written to support the WG and Softails. Thanks, OLDED

Not sure what your tach requires, but on a 2005 you need to connect to pin3 of the ECM connector. This is the source for rpm, you will also need +12 and ground. The ecm connector does not have pin3 loaded, so you will need to get a pin from stealer and crimp the tach wire to it, then insert in the connector.
Sorry - used to know the part # but can't locate it.
Thanks, My instructions said the same thing - there are 2 empty pin locations and either could be the #3. Both are the 3rd. one from the end, one on the top and one on the bottom. I tried a jerry rigged jumper to locate the right one, but neither location gave a signal that would run the HD tach. OLDED
