Looks great, i really like the pipes.
I have begun the process with mine also, VH Big Shots coming soon, and the the blackout begins... Pulling the detachable backrest apart, found a handlebar off Ebay so I can have them all powdercoated and took off the badges this weekend
Yea I had BCT baffles in when I had the dyno. Also I'm using the SERT. Yes I pulled 78hp & 93tq from mine and have to say the guy doing the tune on the dyno makes a big difference. The one who did my tune not only builds the motors and tunes them he drags for the dealer. Since then I did a 103" and my builder Bruce " seven" just won the 2008 hot street championship, Cant think of a better guy than that to do motor work and tuning.

I hear ya!... I noticed that my numbers were better than most for just a stage one(yours too it seems)... You and I are proof that the BCT baffles work! Also the guy on the dyno makes all the difference in the world... The shop I am going to gets better numbers from their cams and tune than most are getting from their 103 kit through stealer.
+1 rounder, Lawduck definitely check into another tuner. I was there when they put mine on the dyno and I asked a lot of questions as it was being tuned. Some tuners will put in basic maps that cover a lot of combos (pipes&a/c) while others do custom maps with fine tuning. I would look at the time it took to tune yours. If it was a quick tune it probably was a basic map. Check into Big City Thunder Baffles there awesome and will wake up the BR pipes even more. Like rounder said, you have another 5 hp&tq in there.
