Before I buy the parts I thought I would run this by the forum to see if anyone has any info on this subject. I'm planning on converting to chain drive to make room on my '98 DWG for my 180mm Avon mounted on a 18X5.5 wheel. My plan is to go with a .90" offset 24 tooth front sprocket then space the rear 48(?) tooth sprocket to line up. I plan to use a 530 o-ring chain. I'm not completely sure of the gear ratio I should use. I want to stay close to stock. I have a 103 stroker kit and put out around 110 hp. Anyone have any thoughts or advice before I start on a trial and error mission?
