I picked up a motorcycle/atv adapter from auto zone for about $44. It mounts right to my car jack and works great.

How do you gus tie down your bike on the lift? I put my wide glide on it yesterday and took a tie down and ran it around the top of the motor case between the trany and rear cylinder. But was woundering if this is putting too much stress on the motor mounts?

Using sears red jack with HD frame spacers and no tie downs.

Got 2x4 blocks instead of the hd spacers. Didn't like the way they seamed to compress with the bike on them. My bike rocks a little too much fore and aft for my liking.

Wow that is impressive to say the least. I was actually expecting it to be a video of a bike falling off a jack.

I had the Sears yellow jack until recently - sold it and bought the J&S - it's the right tool for the job

I run 1 strap over the swingarm pivot and one over the motor mount on the red jack. The straps don't really hold weight, just keep everything from wobbling around when wrenching. Jack hasn't failed me in 4 years....
