I bought a complete new WHEEL, the hub on the new wheel is 1" wider than stock so I had to make custom spacers and buy a new pulley..
My tip to 200 change; Relace stock hub or buy a HD stock 200 wheel (fatboy, Night train or X-Bones).
Yes, I should elaborate. I did buy a whole new wheel from Black Bike they just used a billet hub with the same dimensions as the stocker so I could use the OEM spacers etc. nothing to do other than pay for it.
So do you think Black Bike built some sort of offset into the wheel for clearance? Or is that even possible?
Also, I think I've asked you this before, but are you running Works tracker shocks?

Red, no special offset whatsoever. Just built it like it was a normal Street Bob wheel, just so happens that splitting the difference with the extra width (195 mm actual width vs. 163mm for the Metz 170/17) Sits centered and just misses belt. Im running progressive 418's for shocks.
