I think she got the idea from my wife who bought this 1200C for me in August of 2007, I now have 6,500 miles on it. John, in western Pa. has a 1992 Electra Glide Sport. Thanks for all the posts. I haven't got hold of him yet to tell him about this thread.

Hey Brother Dave, you beat me to the punch and posted a pix of my new Harley. I still can't believe it....a lifelong dream come true. Jan pulled off the ultimate surprise. The bike is beautiful.
For some time I had been building the bike on the Harley website and had it in "My Garage" there. She found it and ordered it a few months ago with all the options I had added.
It's only 12 degrees here or I would be out on the road instead of here in the house today.
I have about 6 months to go on my New Mexico job then back home to Missouri for good I hope. I'll be taking the bike out there right after New Years. Looking forward to some great riding in the NM mountains this spring then our ride to the Black Hills in June.
I hope everyone here has a great as a Christmas as I am having. I'm off to the garage to drool.
