I can't answer for HD wheels, but a zillion years ago, when I BMX'd, the nylon mags on my first bike were heavier than the spoked 'lumium rims on the next one.

Those look good as hell, i was at a buddies house when i was out riding yesterday he just got a set mags back for a 99 ultra that he had chromed looked great.
I like the look of those on pork's bike my question is what did it cost to get them chromed and what would a set of factory mags cost me to get a hold of.
