Someone tell me what the difference is between chrome, and mirror chrome rims.

One sounds better and more expensive Realisticly no difference except they'll charge you more.

If your looking at thunderstar rims, the regular chrome only covers the outside 90 degree portion of the rim and the inside scallops are cast. The mirror chrome covers the entire wheel.
You can zoom in on the Harley website for a closer look. There is a huge difference.
Once you pick which rims you want, get them from Zanotti and save hundreds!

Guess when it comes to Harley wheels there is a difference then, figures. I did not gather from the post which wheels he was talking about.
