Sorry if this has been covered, but I would like to know when should I change my plugs and any recommendations on plugs/wire upgrades. I'd be interested in chrome braided plug wires if there is such a kit out there. Any ideas/suggestion are appreciated.

my 05 service manual shows that the plugs should be replaced at 10K intervals.
I would say to get the stock plugs(not SE ones) and SE wires are very good.
