Default thottle wide open
has anyone had this problem, when im going about 45mph and open my throttle wide open before i hit 55mph my bike starts to jump like my belt is slipping everything seems fine other then that range of speed

Hitting the rev limiter, maybe? Also, I have an older RK and the coil was going on it. At high rev, the spark would cut out and cause a similar problem.

its an 06 super glide 6 speed, it happens before i get close to the rev limiter could it possibly have anything to do with the clutch at all. the only thing that throws me off about it is that it doesn't do this in first gear at high rpms

Sounds like misfiring - my Sportster did it a lot - had a bad relay and a coil problem.

From this statement, it sounds to me like you might be in 5th or 6th gear (or possibly even 4th) when you crank the throttle open at 45mph.
If so, then you are experiencing normal results. You need to downshift if you expect a smooth acceleration at those speeds.
These are manual transmissions you know.
