The O5 Wide Glide is the best model ever!!!!!
Ask me how I know

You can always slap some bags, floorboards and a shield on her and call it a bagger. Then you can strip her back down again whenever you want.

My concience won't let me talk you into doing something stupid. When a deal like this comes along you just have to take it. I took a deal like that over the summer. Fix the truck or buy the bike. Well to make a long story short I'm colder alot more often but it was totally worth it. Go for it.

Bucketass,

Bank of America tanked last week. They could go bust any time so it's best to hold onto your money. I got the job of my dreams with UBS Financial in March 2007. That lasted 7 months until the sub-prime mortgage securities crash in Dec. 2007 and I and hundreds of others were laid off. Just because you got a new job doesn't mean you can't/won't be laid off in a day a week or a month. It would be prudent to not incur any major, discretionary expenses until BoA gets squared away.

you ever get that feeling if it's to good to be true it probably is and will bite you in the ***... so i passed, cheap insurance on my part I guess.

so lol... just got back from the dealer, wife wants a white 09 sporty 1200L. and I picked out an 09 Roadglide in black. I know i'll probably miss the WG but the RoadGlide (05) that rode for 100 miles or so was awesome..

the WG is probably getting traded in tonight or tomorrow..

09 black RG, black engine, blue stripe, CD, Alarm, 180 rear tire stock now, new frame design and bags.

I think i'm going for it..
The 09 RG is black w/blue stripe huh? just add some yellow accents and you have a STEELERGLIDE!....LOL!

I agree Bucketass, you should hold off on buying that Roadglide. It would suck if you lost your job after buying it.
I know I said earlier you'd look gay on it but if you did lose your job you would look gay and broke on it. Deadly combination that is hard to shake. Ask Devils Haircut.

Pigs you rat bass turd!

I say bypass the roadglide and get a Chrysler town&country. Mini vans offer much better wind protection and a better sound system.

Just messin' with you! BTW, they had a bagger v-rod floatin' around a while back. I thought it looked pretty cool and different. I'm not sure how comfy it would be for real touring though...???
