Default Front master cylinder question

Can anyone tell me if the master cylinder/reservoir is different on the '06+ Wide Glides (because of the 1-1/4 bars)? I need to pick up a cheapie spare to keep me on the road while I have mine chromed. Don't want to buy one and have it not fit because of the step in the bars. Thanks.

Your Wide Glide uses the same master cylinder as other Dynas with single front disc brake. The WG bars step down to one inch at the controls.

Default Clarification with pix

Jmpancoast;
Yes, where it clamps to the bars is on the 1" part of the bar end, but the reservoir parallels the 1-1/4" part, and the back long side of my reservoir has a concave radius to "spoon" the larger diameter of the bars along that part (see pix). The first picture is looking at the banjo end of the reservoir...I think you can see the clearance between the reservoir and the bars. Sorry about the blurry pix; camera phone. Do the non-WideGlides have the same radiused reservoir?

All the 06 and up Dynas with single disc use the same master cyclinder. Except in my previous psot, I gave you the part number for the rear. The front is 45019-06.

Not in the know, just have a parts manual.

Make sure you re-read my previous post for edit.
