I have no idea if this is Von Dutch style or if it's what you are looking for but I thought I'd post it anyways. I had Dan Kite do this at Del Marva Bike Week.
I didn't have him do the top of the back fender since I always keep the rack on it and it would just be covered up. He did the sides though and i don't have a good pic of it but here's the best I can do...

i know how you feel. i'm in the middle of tring to find a stripper/design that i like but every time i see something great i find something that tops it. good luck and i hope everything comes out great.
