I would like to know if that lucas oil additive would mix well with Redline. I use Redline in all three holes.

I wouldn't use it. Mechanical noise in an engine is not an indication of wear. If you want to get rid of the sewing machine noise switch to HD360 20w50.

Default Oil Level

I was wondering the same thing. Do you add this to a full oil mark, or do you use this when changing oil and adding this instead of oil to reach the full mark.

Thumbs up

Factory manual says at 10,000miles check for
cracks or tears in rubber
all mount bolts are tight
engine mount rivets are not sheared
the mounts are suppouting the weight of the motor

Mine does the same thing if it sits for a few days. With the rain/snow that NC has had this winter I've kept Sway in the stable more than normal. If I ride for a while then let her sit for about an hour it smooths back out. I'm thinking it is time for new rubber mounts as well.

I've noticed mine lately at around 3K on the highway gives a pretty good vibe now. I first noticed it after I put the Fat Cat on and thought that might be it. But, after 1k, it's still doing it, so I checked the front isolator yesterday, looks like it's shot. My buddies '08 has almost identical mileage, and his is better than mine. I can't get a feeler guage in mine, but his I stick a house key in there.

Called the dealer to see if they'd warranty, waiting for them to return my call.

Check your front end for the infamous "clunk" issues. May need to check the torque of the adjustment nut and steering stem nut.
Those two threads started by Expy are great...."He is the man".
Thanks to you, jmpancoast, for posting those threads!!!
