I like the look of a solo seat and a naked rear fender. Depends on whether you have potential passengers or not.
My wife wanted to ride on mine a lot. While I enjoyed her participating, I kept buying the most uncomfortable two-up seats I could find. She now has a Sportster and I now have a solo seat.
