What size cables needed for 16" apes?

What size cables needed for 16" apes?
I'm going to be putting 16" apes on my '05 WG. Anybody that has them, do you know what size braided cables and brake line are needed to do this?

I checked the Harley accessory book and came up with this:
Stock Size
Clutch 31.5" Total Length 68.69"
Throttle/Idle 32.5"
I just recently added 14" apes and was able to leave the stock cables on with no binding. However, I recently moved the apes forward for a more aggressive look and now the idle and throttle cables were to short. Not a lot but enough to where the throttle wouldn't close when I turned the wheel full left.
A local indie shop recommended that I go +6" on my lines to prevent this from ever happening. Especially since I might go to 16" gimp hangers now. Today, I just ordered steel braided throttle/idle and clutch cables that were both +6". Hope that helps
