custom red seat?

I was thinking of getting my seat recovered in leather with some custom tooling and then dyed red to add a little color to the bike. I was thinking it would go good with the red pinstripes on the tank and add just enough color to the bike. I have some down time with my triple trees being chromed along with the weather being sh!tty. I haven't seen any dynas locally with red seats and thought I would be different. Whatta ya think?

I think we need to have a change in weather very soon .... before people start making drastic changes to already great looking rides ........

Maybe some red stitching at all the seams, but i think full red would be a little overboard.......but i support you either way

My seat is black but has red stitching and I think it adds just the right touch without being overdone. I think all red may be a bit much.

I think something like nkauf has might look better, But , I like a black saddle over any colors.

It actually looks better in the pic. than I had thought. However, the first word that comes to mind when I here "red leather" is........Hooker. I don't know why.

Initially thought it looked great, however the more I looked at it the more I realized that the seat was all I could see. It draws the eye away from the rest of the bike. You are right about being different though. Don't see many red seats. Personally if I am spending a butt ton of money I would rather people notice things about the bike rather than where I park my ****.
