They recently had a really kick-**** Dyna featured in American Iron ... had something like 150 HP ... did anyone else see the feature?

IMHO*, if you can't swing BB and heads at the same time, heads would be my first choice after cams. Hell, I've even done heads before cams.
* My opinion comes from building hot street/autocross motors (3, each one bigger/better than the last) for an old British car.

November 2008 issue of American Iron Magazine at page 86. The article is titled Drew's Dyna. The bike is a 2004 FXD, but the motor is a S&S 126" ... puts out 156 hp and 149.6 ft-lb torque.
The heads are S&S B2s that flow 190 cfm ... !
Check it out ... the bike is extremely clean.
I really like the 2-into-1 pipe on Drew's Dyna.
