Yes. p/n 51933-06 fits '06 and up. You can get brand new for 156.00 plus shipping from Zanotti's.... just FYI.

 

Thanks! i'm glad you pointed that out,I offered the guy $75.00 for it,He didnt like that at all lol! but he called yesterday and said he would take $100, and added that he was begrudgingly selling the seat and mounting brackets for $100.00 cuz he needed the money....Whaa?? brackets for a backrest too? i was unaware that the brackets were part of the price..so i kept my mouth shut for once and i think i got a good buy
