Default trickle battery charges

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a battery charger to help keep the juices flowing over the winter months. Any brand recommendations or perhaps anything to look for or perhaps avoid? Thanks for all your help!

Flood run in Minnesota is in 8 weeks!

Battery Tender by Deltran. The Harley models are just licensed versions of the same thing. You could save a few bucks and get the Deltran model.

I use HD's Smart Charger, which looks to be advertized at the same price as the comparable Battery Tender model.

seems like most, myself included use the Battery Tender, I have the Battery Tender Jr. I think it's about $20.00 at Pep Boys. Just get something that turns on and off automaticlly to keep the battery charged, plug it in and forget it.

+1 on this model - I paid less than $18 for the Schumacher, and I read some independent tests that rated it higher than the Battery Tender Plus (at about 1/3 the price).

I use a die hard battery charger with a deep cycle type battery. I need to plug it in, I pull the screw and hook it up under my battery.
That way I have it if I need to jump one of my cars etc. After all, how hard is it to take of the seat. (think I'll wire it so that there is an outside connection this summer)
