Easy unless your changing something like the pulley. Than you might need more or less spacing. Then there's a little more to it.

Based on the pic and the fact that you said it's a "widely debated mod", I'm going to guess you are installing a fuelpak???? LOL

Seriously, based on the photo, looks like more than one mod to me. Something major.
