Talking MODS done.. Finished pics inside..
Want to start by giving a Great big thanks to Bosken without him a lot of this project would have been a pain in the A$$.. But threw PMs we made everything work..

Cut the stock fat bob fender down to nothing..
Installed some 11" black shocks..
Ultima Solo Seat..

looks sick man... is your only brake light on the left side? That would concern me as a saftey issue.

Unique mods doesn´t have to cost a lots of $...only some creativity and some ***** (and lots of loctite)....

Great work!

Maybe a good idea to use the Nightster rear lights/brake/turns?

Here in Sweden that Nightster kit costs 1000$, yes; thousand!
