I'm overseas right now but in the next few weeks I'll be back and will be putting on a set of Harley Street Slammers. I have apes right now but I'm just not feeling them. Especially for running down twisty roads. My stock bars being low felt way better for that kind of riding. I'll bolt them on first to get a feel for them and look forward to riding it with them. Never had drag bars but have rode bikes with them and they feel good.
Never liked apes . . plus I'm sick of seeing them everywhere. Not drag bars but I installed the bars that the Softail Slim comes with. Have since installed RS brass grips and RS black risers. Working for me. ** sheesh I just saw the date of the OP!
