Default Renthal Grips

Been thinking of purchasing Performance Machine Renthal Grips for quite some time.
Can anyone who has them tell me how you like them? I like the stock grips, so I guess I'm asking is the difference really worth the upgrade?

Great grips and the rubber portion is replaceable.

My original inserts lasted almost 3 yrs/ 23,000 miles.

I just had my hands on some last night on a friends bike and I loved how they feel. He loves the grips and he says they don't slip even if sweaty or whatever, gloves or no gloves, etc.
